Come join us in Camden at the Captain Swift Inn and experience the Maine Home and Lifestyle Expo, May 17th and 18 th. Over 150 exhibitors will be on hand with demonstrations, displays and seminars to give you inspiration for your home projects and renovations. You will also be able to tour the Designer Showcase Condo in the Knox Mills complex.

Book 2 nights at the Captain Swift Inn and we will include Expo admission and a $50 gift certificate which you can redeem at our local home store, EBS Building Supply., or at your choice of Home Depot or Lowe’s. Your package also includes a full breakfast each morning and fresh, home baked afternoon goodies. While you’re with us in Camden, Maine, you can also take advantage of complimentary passes to our outstanding YMCA with it’s indoor track, exercise room, pool and rock climbing wall.

Bike Around Camden

 Reserve a great room at the Captain Swift Inn for two or more nights this summer and spend a day biking around the area on us! There are many wonderful, picturesque bike routes in the area for bikers of all levels. When you stay with us, we will provide two guests with quality bikes from Bikesenjava in Rockland, Maine. Your bikes will be waiting for you at the Captain Swift Inn. You can plan your own route, or, with a little notice, we will have a map ready for you. Enjoy the gorgeous area scenery, light houses, coastline and quaint towns of the area at a leisurely pace. At the end of the day you will have a comfortable room to return to, and a great breakfast to look forward to each morning. Bikes may be reserved for additional days for an extra charge. Murder Mystery Weekend

A weekend to die for!! Come to Camden for murder and fun at the Captain Swift Inn Bed and Breakfast. Book one of our great standard rooms or luxury suites for two nights and enjoy a fun murder mystery!! Bring friends, or someone else you’d like to do away with, rent several rooms, or the entire Inn, and receive a discount. Come in on Friday, enjoy some light refreshments and settle in. On Saturday, treat yourself to some of the areas attractions, such as, the Rockland light house museum, Owl’s Head Transportation Museum, the Wyeth and Farnsworth museums, any of the distinctive shops or antiquing. If you want to enjoy something more physical, ski at the Camden Snow Bowl or take advantage of the great facilities at Camden’s YMCA. Return to the Inn on Saturday evening for snacks and the murder. Characters will be assigned to all guests. Full costume is encouraged to add to the fun. Use clues to find out who committed the crime, and along the way take advantage of opportunities to commit a few crimes of your own! Bribery and coercion of your fellow players is just part of the fun. Certificates are awarded for Best Costume, Best Actor/Actress, and others.
